Well I'm trying to run a mutants and masterminds campaign for the first time and im kinda lost in the power making part My girlfriend wants a power like Shikamaru shadow possession jutsu, and for those who are not into naruto, it's like you target someone and that person will mimic all your body movements.

Where to start with Character Creation? Spider-Man is a spider. Hulk is contained rage. Thor is the god of lightning and thunder. Cap has his shield and he is a leader. And fix Skills damn it. Get rid of them altogether. Make everything effect-based. Get rid of that shit. Fix the mechanics so all players face the same burdens equally. Update the costs of powers to properly reflect their impact on the point budget or PL , e. Flight or Regeneration: Flight is severely too cheap and Regeneration should factor into PL trade-off.

And fix Skills damn it.
