It no longer says unavailable. I'd like to think I had something to do with this as I reported it to both Bethesda and Microsoft, but that's just me being hopeful.
Hi community, I'm having issues trying to purchase the digital version of Old World Blues for Fallout New Vegas on my xbox one both using the in-game store and through the xbox store. I have searched numerous forums regarding this and followed advice including: 1. Changing the account region to match my geographical region. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Attempting to purchase through the web version of the xbox store. Reinstalling the game also did not work.

So essentially unless we have a credit card we cant buy it? Or at least until microsoft decide they to notice and fix the bug?
I could be as simple as adding your debit card through the xbox menu but I added my credit card and it worked. You type in search Fallout New Vegas, click on the actual game.
